Do you have a showroom?
At this present time, DSSE UK does not have a showroom where you can view our products. We do plan to open one soon.
Please visit our Instagram page to view client images and see their satisfaction with all aspects of our range. We hope this gives you confidence when buying from us even though we are only online at the moment.
How long has DSSE been around?
DSSE, the brand, has been operating for the past 20 years in Australia and has since expanded to New Zealand, Europe and now the UK in the past 2 years.
Where is your dispatch centre located?
Our warehouse dispatch centre is located in Essex.
Do prices on your website include VAT?
All prices shown on the website are excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Revolut Pay, bank deposit and Klarna.
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery time will depend on your location in the UK. Most mainland UK orders will be received with 3-5 working days from placing your order. Other areas like Ireland, Northern Island should take around 4-7 days after your order is placed.
What warranty do you offer on your products?
DSSE offers differing warranty periods based on the item purchased. This can be from a standard 12 month warranty for smaller items, to an unbeatable 5 Year structural warranty on our higher end products like beauty furniture, medical tables and reception desks. We also offer 2 Years on our electrical motors for our beauty beds.
Each item listed on our website includes the product’s warranty on offer.
How does the 10% sign up discount work?
You can easily sign up as a DSSE client by entering your email address in the registration page. Once you sign up and log in, a 10% discount will be automatically applied to all full priced items.
Please note, this discount does not apply to any sale items or specific order in items.
